Cicero's On The Avenue, is a family run business that started 20 years ago, as Ladies and Gentlemen EXT. Eileen Cicero, Owner and President, began this business with her sister, Lydia Cicero-Erkkila, Manager and Nail Technician, at her side. Their goal is to have a very personalized family feeling in the shop. And it has been a wonderful journey. Being on a first name basis with the clientele and making sure everyone is relaxed and comfortable. They have made sure to make this a place you can't wait to return to.
